so cheap!

I succumbed to the lure of the local second-hand manga shop today, so I now have:

• the last two volumes I needed for a complete set of Patlabor manga
• the first 13 volumes of the Nana manga (that's enough to take it just past the end of the anime; the manga is currently at 18 volumes and still ongoing)
• another Yoshimoto Banana novel (I really ought to read the ones I have first but at 50p each it's hard to resist)
• a Bonnie Pink best-of CD (sadly doesn't include Fish!, but never mind)

all of which put together cost me less than 16 quid. (Er, plus shipping costs back to the UK at some point :-))

On the other hand, they had second hand copies of Lucky Star DVDs at about 16 quid each, with only two episodes to a disc! Cost new was 25 quid, which is just insane...
