If Film4 are going to show subtitled anime maybe I should think about getting access to freeview somehow. (The difficulty is that I don't have an external TV aerial...)

You might be surprised. A friend who is lucky enough to be on the top of a reasonably high house gets two transmitters from a set top aerial.
